[SDC-DIST-CLIENT] Migrate sdc-distribution-client to use kafka native

      The sdc-distribution-client provides registration etc towards the SDC NOTIF topics via DMaaP Message Router.

      See attached for current active clients.

      As Strimzi Kafka will now provide the auth and acl control towards kafka, this interface in now redundant and should be replaced with the Strimzi model.
