In the following RSTs a toctree is used to create a list of document links (especially to CDS Manual).

This leads to unwanted behavior, when selecting the CDS document:

-> Points to the wrong location in the navigation area (left side)

Solution is to remove the toctree entry and use :ref:`cds_main-doc` instead
