For users perspective it would be good to provide reference links for "Service Design" and "pre instantiation section" in Pre-requisires section under Service Instantiation.

. the Service has been designed and distributed (see: Service Design)
. pre-instantiation operations have been performed (see: pre instantiation section) 

 
Also modify the below Note statement as per RST format.
