At the moment (Frankfurt/Latest) we have 2 places linking to ONAP component documents:

1. https://docs.onap.org/en/latest/guides/active-projects/index.html
2. https://docs.onap.org/en/latest/guides/onap-developer/developing/index.html

The 1st page is not a link to project information (which is in Wiki and not RTD)

The 2nd page links to the component documentation (RTD)

We have to avoid this and change IMHO
a) the List in (1) to the WIKI or
b) remove it, as it is incomplete and duplicate information
