CPS team has created 2 new modules in I release. 

For both we have produced all the required doc files

However the expected link for #2 still doesn't work: https://docs.onap.org/projects/onap-cps-cps-temporal

A patch to update the master index has been open for some time now but not merged possibly because of build issues ?

Can someone please have a look at this as this issue is blocking use from completing the tasks for RC milestone on oct 14th!
