Service characteristic(s) will be described in one JSON schema. One schema file per serviceSpec. We designated as serviceSpecInputSchema these files. These files will be stored in NBI.

A new operation GET  https://\{api_url}/nbi/api/v1/serviceSpecification/{id}/serviceSpecInpuitSchema  will be introduced and allow to get only the JSON schema describing (the id must be value with serviceSpec uuid).

Existing operation GET https://{api_url}/nbi/api/v1/serviceSpecification/{id}/ must be modified to remove the Tosca parsing process.

Payload response must be updated for serviceSpecCharacteristic
