The Healthcheck test is FAIL because it references the v3 API in the healthcheck NBI robot test.

NBI provides a v4 for Dublin.

Even if components are supposed to offer backward compatibility,  it seems that it is not the case for NBI.

For future release, backward compatibility shall be addressed (as far as I remember it has to be backward compatible with at least the 2 last versions

it means that the healthcheck should be ok with v2, v3 and v4 in theory
