Hi,

I have deployed ONAP Dublin Release (NBI image: onap/externalapi/nbi:4.0.0) on bare metal servers.  
I am trying to create a service instance of a distributed service through external API (NBI). However, the status of the order is 'Rejected'. I am getting following order message:
