As per Morgans instructions

the continuous integration can be described as follow

• you add a new feature

• a staging docker is generated

• you update OOM master and reference this new staging docker including your new feature

• it triggers a deployment of ONAP for you + test – it will vote -1 beccause no staging docker is accepted

you see if you detect regression

• if fine then you self release then amend your OOM patche to move from staghing to release

• if still fine it is possible to merge
