Upgrade the SDNC image and certs in CSIT

      The CSIT used for SDNC was using an older image version of SDNC so that is now being upgraded to a newer image version which is 1.5.2.

      Also the keys and certs that are needed for the CSIT have been changed so that server.crt is no longer a mandatory certificate needed and the updated keys and certs are pushed as part of this change.
