Create VID VNF timeout leads to duplice VNFs into AAI

Need to remove the Wait For Success on Create VID VNF

Need to refresh the page after closing the Create VNF Dialog box waiting for the VNF to be in the display for Add VF Module. Since Add VF does a page refresh we can do a Run Keyword and Ignore Error on the wait for the VNF on the page
