The goal of this ticket is to provide a test CA server used for validation of CMPv2 end-to-end use cases in Frankfurt release.  This should not be used in commercial systems, but used mainly for validating the CMPv2 client that will be implemented inside AAF.

EJBCA open source component will be used as test server. Configuration of this component is to only deploy a CMPv2 server. It should be deployable in container environment during ONAP startup, when this testning functionality is requried. 

AAF dependecy flag is needed for testing this capability. AAF should change state to ready first when the EJBCA test server is up and running. This dependency needs to be added in AAF. 

 Security hardening aspects is not needed, as this server will only be for testing purposes.
