PNF Simulator/Netconf Simulator is failing to come up with "docker-compose up" with the sysrepo/sysrepo-netopeer2:latest. It fails with a egmentation fault as below

 The last known image this seems to work with is sysrepo/sysrepo-netopeer2@sha256:29e21bcd88ae9d5dd851ae8f749cfc4f93f960edc98bae8a391c3cc2cc8fca45

From the docker https://hub.docker.com/r/sysrepo/sysrepo-netopeer2/tags , the tag devel seems to work. Updating the docker-compose file to use this tag
