SDC will be moving to just one login with priveldge to design, test, certify and distribute.

Robot scripts for onboarding need to be changed to use jsut the single role.

there will likely be other process changes in the flow to perhaps remove steps

Need to coordinate with SDC on when a test version will be available for robot.
