vEPC Network Service Design

      Design network service for vEPC. After VNFs for EPC are onboarded by SDC, user needs to use VNFs to create network service.  Basically create virtual links to connect VNFs together based on service logic. We need to consider the implication it will have when vEPC is deployed in multiple data centers.
