Design network service for vIMS. After VNFs for IMS are onboarded by SDC, user needs to use VNFs to create vIMS network service.  Basically user creates virtual links to connect VNFs together based on the service logic. We need to consider the implication it will have when vIMS is deployed in multiple data centers.
