AAI-Simulator refactoring pulling from CSIT to Integration repository.

      At present there is no common AAI-Simulator that can be used in multiple CSIT, therefore refactoring  AAI- Simulator present in Pnf-Software-Upgrade CSIT to Integration repo, which can be upgraded as per need and can be used in different CSIT.

      1 - Refactor AAI-Simulator.

      2- Create JJB Job which can trigger build on code change and upload Image in Nexus.
