CSIT test refactoring

    • Help project to re-insource their CSIT tests

      CSIT tests are poorly managed

      Integration has to regularly clean lots of unmaintained/totally useless jobs

      in the main time, active projects have to ask Integration to merge their change

      Lasse worked to give a acurate feedback to PTL and community

      The goal of integration is to help projects to reinsource their code when possible and stop running useless jobs
