default value in values.yaml for testsuite/oom uses 1.4.0 as the artifact and script version.

As of Frankfurt this is 1.6.0 (and it was 1.5.0 in ElAlto). The default is easy to override but users might not be aware of the updated script version.

The default values should be in synch with the version in demo repository.

For Frankfurt it should be 1.6.0
