Upgrade to latest version of current CSIT (Introduce the ETSI Catalog Container as SOL003 needs to communicate with ETSI Catalog for the packages)

    Introducing 2 containers

    Need to recreate service (with new vnf) that passes existing tests

    Moving to new version will have an impact on the service csar that is currently used in CSIT

    Need to confirm on the communication between SDC or ETSI Catalog. ETSI Catalog needs to support direct communication.

    Including full execution of successful tests.
