Any browser instances created by keywords provided by browser_setup.robot are left running on the robot container after test execution, which may lead into various problems if the testsuites that start browsers are being repeated frequently (for example, various healthchecks do this)

Proper teardown keywords should be added and taken into use in teardown phases in the relevant test cases.

As a workaround the robot pod can be restarted to get rid of excess browser instances.
