SDC Stability test: success rate drops after ~ 500 onboarding

      on the weekly-honolulu, within the honolulu stability campaign the following test has been done

      5 // basic_onboard_test during 72h

      the test started on Tuesday 20 and end on Friday 23th of April.

      The basic_onboard test consists in onboarding a model in SDC, it is run in daily/weekly:gate as part of the healthcheck (as it focus on SDC)
