as part of the deployment flow for sdc we are dependent on the environment json.

which is cloned to vm that we are deployed to.

we use the ip's in the json to set up our iter docker communication.

as of late it looks like the internal ip of the VM has changed.

as i see it this information needs to be populated during the deployment.
