The Message router installation within the Heat Template is no more working.

The installation is using the deploy.sh from the repo /dcae/demo/startup/message-router.git
The deploy.sh requests to get Kafkafiles from the http://www.namesdir.com/mirrors/apache/kafka/ mirror using
KAFKA_VERSION='0.8.1.1'
SCALA_VERSION='2.9.2'

But there is no more such files in the repo http://www.namesdir.com/mirrors/apache/kafka/

As a result, the Docker build fails and there is no Docker images launched.
