In TLAB, after checking that the Portal Robot HC test passes, all of the pods are still not coming up successfully. Therefore, we were suggesting to run the "kubectl get pods --namespace onap" command after the ./ete.sh onap health command (in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=integration.git;a=blob;f=deployment/heat/onap-oom/scripts/deploy.sh;h=3dbc0894dafa897ba6047ce1424b1272d9fad70a;hb=HEAD#l60) is triggered.
Right now, the kubectl get pods command is ran before the HC is triggered, which does not provide much relevant output since the pods are still coming up. It would be more useful to run this after HC runs its loop completely for debugging/troubleshooting in scenarios like the one above.
Of course, this change should go in parallel with improving what the HC is actually probing at in the deployment.
