The Honeycomb software of some of the VPP vCPE images cannot be built.

The builds were dependent on snapshot artifacts which have now disappeared from upstream fd.io nexus.  The install scripts (and any patches as relevent) will need to be updated to checkout the the released version of the committed code and build with the released artifacts and not the snapshots.
