PNF registration request are failing after 3 ~ 4 resend of registration request.

In simulator logs

cat ~/integration/test/mocks/pnfsimulator/logs/ONAP/pnfsimulator/pnfsimulator_output.log 

user can observe that after run of

./simulator.sh run-simulator

first 4 events are send correctly and another ones fail with error

Error sending message to ves: Timeout waiting for connection from pool

In order to eliminate issue on VES collector there has been written script (script.sh) that was sending 100 registration events in 1 second period of time using curl -> everything was successfully (script.log)
