      There are 2 projects 

      OOM and Logging analytics. 

      There are duplication between the 2.  

      LA is a reference which does not deliver, while OOM delivers the logging feature. 

      Deprecate logging analytics and make OOM the main

      Clone OOM

      Clone LogAnalytics

      remove Duplicate directory and check it in. 

      If it breaks.. then we can figure it out later.
