Currently, the POMBA microservices are not OOM deployable in ONAP. 

Stories have already been written to get the s/w deployable in ONAP, but we need a spike to see what efforts are needed to better estimate the user stories. 

Acceptance Criteria: 

• Efforts to get the ms to public is understood 
• estimates for the OOM user stories are done 
• update confluence page with findings

Other notes: 

• If you clone master, you can go to kubernetes directory and under /home/ubuntu/oom/kubernetes/helm/starters/onap-app, the sample starter is there.
