As a user of POMBA, I want a Microservice that can retrieve models from SDC and reporting in the common POMBA format.

Note that Basic Auth shall be used. Additional security enhancements shall be tracked separately.

Acceptance Criteria

• Tested in ONAP environment
• Deployment ready
• Code Merged
• Wiki pages updates with description of Microserice. Note don't go into too much detail on things that are known to be changing.
• Sonar coverage
