docker_prepull.sh script for casablanca

       Issue is pulling images on a set of clean 13 x 16g nodes in openlab is very-very slow 

      Run the following script on all worker nodes before deploying onap

      Normally oof comes up in 10 min - it takes 2 hours on openlab when pulls are spread across the cluster - we need to prepull

      pulling is very slow - this is after 30 - still on the first pull
