Handle different audit root data types
As a POMBA user, I would like to be able to trigger POMBA to perform an audit using different data than just the service-instance-id. For example, I may want to do an audit across ONAP on the network identifier or some other identifier.
This requires POMBA to be able to handle the different root identifier, call the context builders appropriate for that type of root id, pull back the correct data, and execute the rules related to that.
Two more uses cases I have are to audit on cloud-region ( a composite key of cloud-owner and cloud-region-id) and license (also a composite key of group-uuid and resource-uuid).
