ETSI Catalog Manager does not support HTTPS for Test Notification Endpoint and Notification

For the subscription flow, after the SOL003 Adapter post for subscription, the ETSI Catalog Manager is supposed to test notification endpoint. The SOL003 Adapter was deployed with HTTPS, and the SOL003 Adapter could not get the Test Notification Endpoint from the ETSI Catalog Manager because the ETSI Catalog Manager does not have the ONAP certificates installed and not being able to handle HTTPS.

Likewise, the SOL003 Adapter was not able to receive the notification from the ETSI Catalog Manager because the ETSI Catalog Manager is not able to handle HTTPS.
