The ETSI Catalog Manager originally attempted to get an onboarding package from the specific directory, shown highlighted in below image. 

The structure of this directory has been changed from the SDC creation side, so the ETSI Catalog Manager will need to update this path in order to resolve the current broken procedure.

The latest SDC code now creates the directory "Artifacts/Deployment/ETSI_PACKAGE" as opposed to ONBOARDED_PACKAGE, which it was before. Change based on this requirement: https://jira.onap.org/browse/SDC-3244 

This prevents the VNF PACKAGE from being onboarded into the ETSI Catalog DB.
