ETSI Catalog Manager needs to push Container Images to the selected CIR if the SOL004 VNF package embeds Container Images

• leverage Docker Registry APIs that are provided by CIR for CRUDQ operations

Note: a new architecture (SDC directly stores the image files to the destination such as CIR) is under consideration, which may make this ticket obsolete. TBD.
