Etsicatalog Get VNF Package Artifact endpoint doesn't accept file extensions

      Query fails when request sent to etsicatalog endpoint:
      /api/vnfpkgm/v1/vnf_packages/

      {vnfPkgId}/artifacts/{artifactPath}
      and the artifactPath includes a file extension / a '.'
      e.g., id_rsa.pub in:
      /api/vnfpkgm/v1/vnf_packages/{vnfPkgId}

      /artifacts/id_rsa.pub
