The route from the MSB module to the usecase-ui module does not support HTTP

      prerequisites: the usecase-ui portal supports only http.
      according to the error info reported by the msb-iag pod,the msb redirects to the usecase-ui portal only HTTPS is supported. as a result, the portal fails to be accessed.
