As a developer, I want to provide a way for different cloud providers which want to use ONAP with a mechanism where incoming NBI requests for common actions / requests such as perform timing/auditing/security/logging/etc... can be mapped to the specific API call / service on the underlaying cloud which will perform this action / request / provide the data, So that different ONAP components that need access to this data can do it by using a unified set of ReST APIs without needing to know the specifics of the underlaying cloud.
