StarlingX as a cloud platform for k8s cluster since its 2.0 release, multicloud starlingx plugin helps adapt to it which help registration and wrap API calls to multicloud-k8s API. Hence, the cloud region type will be openstack/starlingx, and API call (infra_workload) from SO will be forwarded to multicloud-k8s.
