      Monitoring API support in v1 k8s plugin and minor enhancements in Instantkiation API for release name support and for override parameters support.

      The main goal is to implement functionality base on the monitoring capability implemented for v2 API. The purpose is to enable k8s resource status identification for native helm orchestration in SO.

      This is the first stage required for future v2 API integration.

       

      Additionally minor modifications need to be performed in v1 Intanace API to provide support for override parameters and to let reuse of rb profile for many instances.
