Development of Provider Registration Component

      As a developer, I want to provide a way for different cloud providers which want to use ONAP with a mechanism which different cloud provider can map there register/unregister/etc.. APIs / methods to a unified pre defined NBI requests which will be used by ONAP, So that different ONAP components that need access to this data can do it by using a unified set of ReST APIs without needing to know the specifics of the underlaying cloud.
