As a developer, I want to provide a way for different cloud providers which want to use ONAP with a mechanism which different cloud provider can register and expose to the catalog/A&AI API's / methods for enhanced/unique capabilities which their cloud provide in a way, So that will provide a way to extend the NBI requests which different ONAP components can use while using a consistent, structured, and unified as much as possible set of ReST APIs without needing to know the specifics of the underlaying cloud.
