When the creation of RB instance fails due to some problem in the k8s cluster, i.e. attempt of creation of a resource with a name that already exists, k8s plugin returns request failure but keeps the failed instance with resources. K8s plugin should delete partially created resources in order to not leave leftovers of failed instance
