K8splugin currently uses Foreground policy for deletion of the k8s resources with the generic plugin. When the dependent resource has set property blockOwnerDeletion: true the root component will not be deleted until the dependent one is deleted. When there is a cyclic dependency between both resources they are never deleted from k8s cluster.
