multicloud-pike failed to boot up.
The root cause is that the entrypoint of docker image of multicloud-pike refers to /bin/bash while it is not available.

To fix this issue, an workaround will be placed into oom helm chart of multicloud pike.
and the script which refer to /bin/bash will be fixed to refer to /bin/sh
