Multicloud K8S Plugin does not delete namespace during the SO delete CNF instance macro flow

      SO Macro flow for CNFs creates the namespace for the CNF that is installed, as per the resource-assignment value resolved by CDS and which is stored in SDNC.

      But during deletion of the CNF, the namespace is not deleted. This results in accumulation of unused namespaces in the K8S cluster.
