Recently patches have been merged for Multi-cloud  for JIRA  (https://jira.onap.org/browse/MULTICLOUD-206 )  which changed the format of how HPA attributes values (hpa-attribute-value) are stored in AAI.

This is AAI Postman that OOF uses and that has the HPA attribute values the way OOF needs those values. https://github.com/onap/optf-has/blob/master/conductor/tools/postman_collection/HPA-AAI.postman_collection.json

This format was agreed on with Nate and Haibin who implemented this feature initially.
