It is a generic feature and needed across multiple plugins including K8S plugin.

Create a new artifact-download container which does following:

• Acts a SDC client 
• Gets notified whenever new CSAR is uploaded.
• Downloads Multi-Cloud specific artifacts.
• If the artifact is in ZIP format, unzips it.
• Store them in a persistent storage that is shared by K8S plugin and other plugins.
• Structure of storage 
  • CSAR ID or VNF ID
  • Zip extracted information
