1, Define the interface to let ESR to retrieve the list of VIM type/vendor/etc from MultiCloud on runtime. This will enable Multi-VIM/Cloud to support deploy VIM plugins at run-time.

2, Request ESR to add one more entry which allows user to input VIM instance specific parameters which is not common to all VIM/Cloud vendors. The entry will be opaque to other ONAP components, but just the VIM plugin within MultiCloud would be interested in and able to decode and leverage. Basically there should be an input box from the ESR portal and an additional field in the data model in AAI schema

3, make sure ESR will invoke the provider registration while onboarding/registration of a VIM instance
