By this task, multi vim devleloper need to communitcate with AAI/ESR team to settle down the basic APIs for VIM registry/unregistry:

(1) compostion of cloud owner and region by underscore to replace vim id

(2) extend type list by query cloud owner from AAI

(3) add extension key field to allow transfering of VIM specfic attributes
